I was wondering Why all the cars are not included in the Update for the Nationals staff cars

My main interest is in the code 3 dinner Mach 1's

I have seen a few not on the list sold on internet auction sites and have been told they were indeed the real thing

could someone shed some light on this PLEASE

Hello to all.I received an e mail monday night from a fellow hot wheels collector that was at the nationals.When he packed his room up sunday he found a case that was not his.He posted a thread about a lost case and was e mailed and PM'd and IM'd by many collectors suggesting that the case may be mine.I have been in contact by JAMES from ohio and I described the contents and sure enough it is my case!!

I was able to collect 43 cars (1-Tshirt & some prints). It was very Kool. The winning bid was the 5^th highest over all. How must did we make for The Children's Miracle Network you ask? $840.00 (I believe it went to a very high ranking employee at Mattel)...

Urgent Inquiry about Tickets

We purchased our tickets and received them as scheduled (two adults, two children). My wife just received a phone call that her uncle has passed of a sudden heart attack, and it appears the funeral will be Thursday or Friday. I know I can cancel our hotel reservations in time, but am wondering if there is any policy regarding the convention tickets/pulls/etc. I haven't read all the fine print, are the tickets transferable in a situation like this?

I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, but I have a question. My son and I won't be able to make it until Friday evening, and won't make it in time for registration. Does any of our other info allow us to go room to room that night when we get there, or will we have to wait until we get our pass on Saturday morning and just have Saturday night to go room to room. I missed out on purchasing any of the add-on events. I would be interested in buying a VENDING MACHINE ticket (any session) and/or a DINNER ticket if anyone has an extra one of either or both of these available. I am planning on attending each day of the Nationals (Wednesday morning through Sunday afternoon), so I would be able to use a ticket for any one of the scheduled vending machine sessions. I have never been to a convention. I want to wear a Hot Wheels t shirt with my forum name on the back in hopes of meeting other collectors. I have been told by some this is alright to do while others have told me that I will be asked to remove the t shirt or even leave the convention. I am confused at best. Can someone who actually knows the definitive answer please tell me......

packaging of cars

Diane, can you tell us how the Official Convention cars will be packaged? Since the HWC is offering the 70's Van on sale tomorrow I wanted to find out if that version is the same or different from the one on sale at the show, either color wise or packaging wise. I'm a cardboard collector, which the HWC always has their cars in blisters & cardboard.
